The park is situated 800 m from the toll gate of the A35 motorway connecting Brescia, Bergamo and Milan and one of the key routes through the Po Valley. VGP Park Calcio is strategically placed in the middle of a highly populated, dynamic area with a dense industrial fabric. The site consists of high-quality premises with approx. 23,000 m2 of lettable area, suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities.

Its location is strategic, situated within a dynamic, heavily populated area with diverse and dense industry and advantageous proximity to the centre of Milan. VGP Park Legnano foresees construction of a single building suitable for logistics and industry, meeting high quality standards, and with a lettable area of about 25,000 m². VGP will build a warehouse capable of accommodating logistical and modern industrial facilities on a platform featuring docks on two sides, large parking area, ready for roof-installed solar energy production, and great flexibility in office distribution.

VGP Park Padova will be well connected to the main communication routes, with easy access to and from the national motorways. It will be only 3 km from the junction of the A13 motorway that connects Padua to Bologna and the Adriatic Highway. The park will be near Exit 13 of Padua’s eastern ring road and strategically positioned in the centre of a dynamic area with plentiful labour force. Modern industrial facilities are today in short supply, and VGP plans to develop about 31,530 m² of warehouse divided across two buildings capable of accommodating logistic and modern industrial activities on a platform featuring docks on both façades, a large parking area, possibility for roof-installed solar energy production, and great flexibility in office distribution.

The Park is located about 3.0 km from the exit of the A1 highway connecting Milan, Reggio Emilia and Bologna. VGP Park Parma Lumière is strategic in the area for a project involving a "Last Mile" property in the middle of a dynamic area with high population and a dense industrial factories. VGP Park Parma Lumière consists of a high-quality property with approximately 6,000 m2 of lettable area. There is currently a shortage of modern industrial facilities, and VGP has realized a warehouse capable of accommodating logistics and industrial activities through a platform that will feature docks on both facades, ample parking, and great flexibility in office distribution.

The park is approximately 3.0 km from the A1 motorway exit connecting Milan, Reggio Emilia, and Bologna. Situated in a densely populated area with a highly developed industrial base, VGP Park Parma Morse is strategically positioned for the realisation of a logistics or industrial project. VGP Park Parma Morse consists of a high-quality building with approximately 14,000 m² of leasable space. As modern industrial facilities are in short supply, VGP will build a warehouse designed to accommodate logistics and industrial activities, outfitted with a loading dock, large parking areas, and great flexibility in layout of the offices.

VGP Park Parma Paradigna consists of high-quality premises with approximately 50,000 m2 of lettable area. VGP will build a warehouse capable of accommodating logistical and modern industrial facilities on a platform featuring docks on both façades, a large parking area, ability for roof-installed solar energy production, and great flexibility in office distribution.

Our park’s location within that area will be well connected to the main routes. With easy access to and from the main national roads, it is situated 500 m from the Vizzolo Predabissi toll gate on the A58 motorway (the TEEM ring road) connecting Milan, Brescia, and Bergamo. It is also close to the A1 motorway, one of the key routes through the Po Valley towards Bologna. VGP Park Sordio is strategically placed in the middle of a dynamic area with strong workforce availability. VGP plans to develop about 13,700 m2 of warehouse capable of accommodating logistic and modern industrial activities through a platform featuring docks on both façades, a parking area, great flexibility in office distribution, and the possibility for roof-installed solar energy production.

Valsamoggia development is a build to suit project for Macron company, the well-known Italian sportswear firm, main sponsor of several major sport clubs. The park is strategically located in the middle of a highly populated and dynamic area with a dense industrial fabric. The project consists of a stand-alone office building with high end finishing of approx. 6.700 m2 and a high quality production warehouse of approx. 16.000 m2.

The park is situated just 1 km from an exit of the A1 motorway, Italy’s main communication artery linking Milan and Naples, where Bologna is a point of intersection for other important communication corridors.
