VGP Park Parma Paradigna is located approximately 7 km from Parma city centre.
The park is situated 800 m from the toll gate of the A1 motorway “del Sole” connecting Milan, Piacenza, Bologna, Florence and Rome. This is one of the key routes through central and northern Italy. VGP Park Parma Paradigna is strategically placed in the middle of a highly populated, dynamic area with a dense industrial fabric. VGP Park Parma Paradigna consists of high-quality premises with approximately 50,000 m2 of lettable area.
VGP will build a warehouse capable of accommodating logistical and modern industrial facilities on a platform featuring docks on both façades, a large parking area, ability for roof-installed solar energy production, and great flexibility in office distribution.
