The site is situated less than 10 km from the Moravian metropolis of Brno and is easily accessible from the R52/E461 motorway and by connection to the D1, linking Brno to Prague and Ostrava.With over 380,000 inhabitants, many secondary schools, and six universities and colleges, Brno offers a highly qualified workforce.

There will be a direct exit to and from the motorway. České Budějovice is the main economic, administrative and cultural centre of the South Bohemia Region and has 95,000 inhabitants. It is home to the University of South Bohemia, with its five faculties, and offers a workforce with above-average qualifications.

Český Újezd is part of the town of Chlumec, which has nearly 5,000 inhabitants. Český Újezd is connected by public transport to the surrounding villages and towns.The park is situated in the immediate vicinity of the D8 freeway in the direction Prague – Dresden and it benefits from a direct entrance and exit in both directions (exit 74).

The site is located at the outskirts of the industrial city Chomutov, adjacent to the D7 connecting Prague and Chomutov. The connection among Jirkov, Most and Litvínov is provided by regular railway and bus lines. On the area of more than 95,000 m² approximately 50,000 m² of lettable area will be developed.

The facility in Hrádek nad Nisou is a build-to-suit project for Drylock Technologies, a leading global manufacturer of baby diapers and hygiene product, a start-up company at the beginning of our cooperation in 2011.

The location provides for excellent connection to Prague. Situated on a land parcel of nearly 174,000 m², the park constitutes an ideal solution for your production, logistical, and commercial operations.In total, the park offers almost 70,000 m² of lettable area.

The park will offer spaces suitable for industrial, logistics and commercial activities with a total leasable area of more than 25,000 m². Main advantages of the locality include the region’s transport infrastructure, the connection to route 61 and 6 km distance from the D7 motorway (Exit 7) in the direction to Prague, and a high-quality labour force. Kladno is the largest city in the region and, together with the adjacent catchment areas, has more than 110,000 inhabitants.

Bus stops have been built within the zone. Liberec, with its approximately 100,000 inhabitants, technical university and numerous secondary schools, offers a highly qualified workforce.

The newly constructed spaces are suitable for production, logistics and other commercial activities.The location offers important access not only to Olomouc, which is among the most signifi cant cities in the Czech Republic because of its central position in Moravia, but also the two other cities marking the so-called “industrial triangle” – Přerov and Prostějov.

The park is adjacent to the E49 (20) and has easy access to the D5 motorway connecting the Czech Republic and Germany. It is in an important business and industrial part of the Pilsen Region. With its 169,000 inhabitants, many secondary schools and two universities, Pilsen offers a highly qualified workforce. The location has an excellent bus connection to the centre of Pilsen, and the Olympia Pilsen shopping mall is nearby.

The park is situated in the eastern part of the city of Prostějov, in close vicinity to the D46 motorway connecting Prostějov and Olomouc (20 km), and to the D1 motorway connecting to the metropolis of Brno (65 km). Prostějov, a city with 45,000 inhabitants, has a strong industrial tradition, particularly in the clothing and textile industry.

Park Tuchoměřice is located on almost 60,000 m² with the total lettable area of approx. 26,000 m² of warehouse, production and administrative space. The site is easily connected with public transport.

The highway D8 (E55) connecting Prague and Dresden is less than 4 km from the site.On the area of more than 141,000 m² will be developed approximately 41,000 m² of warehouse, production and administrative premises. Regularly scheduled public buses connect Přestanov – Teplice and Ústí nad Labem. Together, Ústí nad Labem and Teplice, have nearly 150,000 inhabitants. They off er a highly qualified workforce.

The D8 motorway (E55), connecting Prague with Dresden, is less than 2 km from the zone. With its 95,000 inhabitants, Ustí nad Labem is the economic, administrative and cultural centre of northern Bohemia. Here you will find the seat of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University, with its eight faculties and providing a qualified workforce. VGP plans to implement more than 52,000 m² of leasable area on a brownfield of approximately 108,000 m².

The city of approximately 21,000 inhabitants is in the immediate vicinity of the D1 and D46 motorways connecting Prague, Brno, Olomouc, and Ostrava.Vyškov’s advantageous position in the centre of Moravia, located among the important industrial and commercial cities of Prostějov, Brno, and Olomouc, makes the city very attractive. An important rail line to Brno, Olomouc and Ostrava also passes through the city.
