VGP Park Arad is located near the city of Arad in the western part of Romania, adjacent to the A1 motorway and only 50 km from the border with Hungary. Strategically positioned at the intersection of several important European roads (A1 motorway, E671 North-South axis, E68 in East-West direction), Arad is the most important road junction in the West of the countrand lies within the Pan-European Transport Corridor IV.

VGP Park Brasov is located in the central part of Romania, in the city of Brasov and only 166 km from the capital city of Romania, Bucharest. Brasov is an important industrial centre of Romania. On an area of more than 220,000 m², VGP will develop circa 108,000 m² of logistics and industrial premises. The site is situated adjacent to the E68 motorway in the centre of the industrial area of Brasov and provides direct access to the motorway.

VGP Park Bucharest (North) is located in the northern part of Bucharest. Positioned exactly at the intersection of the A3 motorway with the Bucharest ring road and having direct access to both, the park is located ideally for ensuring direct fast access to the city centre as well as perfect connection for distribution around Bucharest and north-bound via A3 motorway towards Ploiesti & Brasov.

VGP Park Bucharest 2 (East) is located in the eastern part of Bucharest and is VGP’s newest development in Romania. Positioned exactly at the intersection of the A2 motorway with Bucharest’s Ring Road and having direct access to it, the park is located ideally to ensure swift access to the city and the highway to Constanta. The land plot has 227,000 m² on which VGP will develop 3 buildings with total lettable area of 114,000 m².

VGP Park Sibiu is located in the central part of Romania, in the north part of the city Sibiu. Due to its geographical position, Sibiu is one of the most important transportation hubs in Romania. Important roads and railway lines pass through it, and Sibiu is also an important economic hub with large foreign investments.On an area of more than 96,000 m², VGP will develop circa 46,000 m² of logistics and industrial premises.

VGP Park Timisoara is located in Timisoara city which is with its 450,000 inhabitants one of the biggest and most important cities in Romania. Timisoara is an economic, cultural and university city of Banat, the western part of Romania with an ideal location not far from the Hungarian and Serbian borders. The site offers 8 buildings with an overall space of about 177,000 m². The park will be situated in the north-eastern part of the city, not far from the international airport.
