On an area of more than 189,400 m², VGP will develop and build a business park with around 77,808 m² of high-quality rental space for industrial, logistics and commercial purposes.

The new 92,000 m² logistics and business park VGP Park Graz is located in the southeast of Austria, approx. 6 km south of the Styrian capital Graz.

The site is less than 25 km from the centre of the capital city Vienna. With ca 1.9 million inhabitants, the region offers a highly qualified workforce. On an area of ca 120,000 m², VGP will develop 49,000 m² of lettable area suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial purposes.

The VGP Park Traiskirchen is being developed in a strategically advantageous location in the southern outskirts of Vienna, within the industrial area of Oeynhausen. The site benefits from its direct connection to the B17 as well as the nearby Traiskirchen motorway access, ensuring fast access to the main transport routes towards Vienna, Lower Austria and beyond. The project is being realised as a brownfield development on a previously commercially used site and combines efficient land use with modern, sustainable building concepts.
