The VGP Park Traiskirchen is being developed in a strategically advantageous location in the southern outskirts of Vienna, within the industrial area of Oeynhausen. The site benefits from its direct connection to the B17 as well as the nearby Traiskirchen motorway access, ensuring fast access to the main transport routes towards Vienna, Lower Austria and beyond. The project is being realised as a brownfield development on a previously commercially used site and combines efficient land use with modern, sustainable building concepts.
