VGP Park Laxenburg offers Class A semi-industrial buildings in a prime industrial zone, strategically located just south of part of Vienna. As part of the Lower Austria South Industrial Zone (IZ NÖ-Süd), the VGP park is situated in the largest commercial area of Austria.
The site is less than 25 km from the centre of the capital city Vienna. With ca 1.9 million inhabitants, the region offers a highly qualified workforce. On an area of ca 120,000 m², VGP will develop 52,000 m² of lettable area suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial purposes.
