The D8 motorway (E55), connecting Prague with Dresden, is less than 2 km from the zone. With its 95,000 inhabitants, Ustí nad Labem is the economic, administrative and cultural centre of northern Bohemia. Here you will find the seat of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University, with its eight faculties and providing a qualified workforce.
