About this park
The location is situated on the outskirts of Kladno, in the Industrial Zone Kladno-East, just 1 km from the city centre and 15 km from the capital city of Prague.
The park will offer spaces suitable for industrial, logistics and commercial activities with a total leasable area of more than 25,000 m2. Main advantages of the locality include the region’s transport infrastructure, the connection to route 61 and 6 km distance from the D7 motorway (Exit 7) in the direction to Prague, and a high-quality labour force. Kladno is the largest city in the region and, together with the adjacent catchment areas, has more than 110,000 inhabitants.
