Main advantages of the locality include the region’s transport infrastructure, the connection to route 61 and 6 km distance from the D7 motorway (Exit 7) in the direction to Prague, and a high-quality labour force. Kladno is the largest city in the region and, together with the adjacent catchment areas, has more than 110,000 inhabitants.
