There will be a direct exit to and from the motorway. České Budějovice is the main economic, administrative and cultural centre of the South Bohemia Region and has 95,000 inhabitants. It is home to the University of South Bohemia, with its five faculties, and offers a workforce with above-average qualifications. On an area of 370,245 m2 there will be built more than 126,290 m2 of premises suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities.

The facility in Hrádek nad Nisou is a build-to-suit project for Drylock Technologies, a leading global manufacturer of baby diapers and hygiene product, a start-up company at the beginning of our cooperation in 2011.

Bus stops have been built within the zone. Liberec, with its approximately 100,000 inhabitants, technical university and numerous secondary schools, offers a highly qualified workforce.

The newly constructed spaces are suitable for production, logistics and other commercial activities.The location offers important access not only to Olomouc, which is among the most signifi cant cities in the Czech Republic because of its central position in Moravia, but also the two other cities marking the so-called “industrial triangle” – Přerov and Prostějov.With its 100,000 residents, the important Palacký University and 24 vocational secondary schools, Olomouc offers a workforce with above-average qualifications.

The park is situated in the eastern part of the city of Prostějov, in close vicinity to the D46 motorway connecting Prostějov and Olomouc (20 km), and to the D1 motorway connecting to the metropolis of Brno (65 km). Prostějov, a city with 45,000 inhabitants, has a strong industrial tradition, particularly in the clothing and textile industry.Among the location’s main advantages are its transport infrastructure, including connection through an on-site siding to a Czech Railways train station, and a high-quality workforce. In an area of ca 137,000 m2of the former Oděvní podnik clothing factory, VGP plans to develop more than 51,000 m2 of lettable area.

The highway D8 (E55) connecting Prague and Dresden is less than 4 km from the site.On the area of more than 141,000 m2 will be developed approximately 41,000 m2 of warehouse, production and administrative premises. Regularly scheduled public buses connect Přestanov – Teplice and Ústí nad Labem. Together, Ústí nad Labem and Teplice, have nearly 150,000 inhabitants. They off er a highly qualified workforce.

The D8 motorway (E55), connecting Prague with Dresden, is less than 2 km from the zone. With its 95,000 inhabitants, Ustí nad Labem is the economic, administrative and cultural centre of northern Bohemia. Here you will find the seat of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University, with its eight faculties and providing a qualified workforce. VGP plans to implement more than 52,000 m2 of leasable area on a brownfield of approximately 108,000 m2.
