VGP Park Valsamoggia 2 is located about 5 km from the city centre of Bologna.
The park is situated just 1 km from an exit of the A1 motorway, Italy’s main communication artery linking Milan and Naples, where Bologna is a point of intersection for other important communication corridors. Its location is strategic, at the centre of a dynamic area, strongly populated, and with a dense presence of industrial sectors. Many leading Italian manufacturers are located nearby.
VGP Park Valsamoggia 2 foresees realisation of buildings making it a destination for manufacturing and light industry. With high quality standards, it will have total lettable area of about 32,000 m2. VGP will construct buildings capable to host modern production activities and with a large area for parking. The buildings will be outfitted with rooftop photovoltaic panels, and office areas will feature layout flexibility
