The Belgian family-owned company plans to develop the new VGP Park Bremen Oyten on the site for tenants from the manufacturing, service, trade, and logistics sectors.
VGP’s goal is to develop an efficient and economically stable commercial location with a balanced, long-term tenant mix. This approach is intended to contribute to the regional economic structure.
From a municipal perspective, “Oyten is a strong business location. Welcome and good luck at this promising location,” says Mayor Sandra Röse.
As a family-run company, VGP pursues the goal of developing real estate in a long-term and sustainable manner. The business model is based not only on constructing commercial real estate, but also on keeping it in its own portfolio and operating it itself on a permanent basis.
Flexible hall space with high sustainability standards
The new VGP Park Bremen Oyten is being developed in accordance with modern quality and sustainability standards and will feature a photovoltaic system for generating its own electricity and DGNB Gold certification, among other things.
