Prague, 18th June 2026: VGP, a leading pan-European owner, manager, and developer of premium logistics and semi-industrial properties, has signed a lease agreement at VGP Park Vyškov. The tenant is the Czech company IPRICE-RECARE, which operate the largest electronics outlet in the country, as well as BestBerg brand. IPRICE-RECARE will occupy a total of 28,686 m² of space, which will combine state-of-the-art warehouse facilities with the company’s technological and administrative infrastructure.

Furthermore, this strategic partnership ideally aligns the business and environmental goals of both partners. IPRICE-RECARE’s strong emphasis on sustainability and the principle of the circular economy is fully in line with the VGP Group’s long-term green strategy.

IPRICE-RECARE specializes in the sale of surplus inventory, returned goods, and refurbished electronics and appliances for the home, apartment, and garden. Its primary mission is to give used equipment a second life and thereby effectively reduce CO2 emissions. The new lease will enable the rapidly growing company to centralize its existing operations and build a highly efficient logistics and distribution centre serving the entire Czech Republic.

VGP Park Vyškov is located on the northern outskirts of the city in the established Marchanice industrial zone, approximately 40 kilometres from Brno. The city of Vyškov benefits from excellent transport accessibility and its immediate proximity to the D1 and D46 highways, which provide fast connections to Prague, Brno, Olomouc, and Ostrava. Its advantageous location among the major commercial and industrial hubs of Central Moravia makes the site an ideal logistics hub, whose appeal is further enhanced by its connection to the main railway line.
