Barcelona/Zaragoza, 22 November 2022 – The pan-European company VGP, owner and manager of high-quality logistics and industrial properties, has closed a rental agreement with the textile finishing and logistics company Thinktextil for the rental of nearly 21,500 m2 in VGP Park Zaragoza. VGP Park Zaragoza thus reaches 100% occupancy in the three buildings that the park currently has built, in which Cotrali Zaragoza and Kuehne & Nagel also operate.
Located at the entrance of the Logistics Platform of Zaragoza (Pla-Za), VGP Park Zaragoza is next to the A2 highway (Barcelona-Madrid), just 3 km from Zaragoza airport and about 12 km from the center of Zaragoza, in a privileged location with access to the main connection routes. The park has a total of 95,262 m2 of built surface for industrial and logistic use, on a 147,495 m2 plot, and is divided into 3 plots.
The industrial unit leased by Thinktextil has 4 office modules of 1,355 m2 in total, 36 loading docks and an extension of 19,914 m2 of warehouse.
Like all VGP logistics and industrial projects, VGP Park Zaragoza is based on the construction and lease of sustainable and energy-efficient business parks and has the BREEAM Very Good seal. In addition, the park has a plot of 32,500 m2, which is available with a building license to build from 6,000 to 19,746 m2 turnkey.
At VGP Park Zaragoza, Thinktextil will develop all kinds of value-added logistics services, for B2B, B2C, and ecommerce services. Once all operations are underway, the company will employ between 300 and 500 people, depending on the time of year.
