VGP Park Sintra Reaches 100% Pre-Let Ahead of Construction Completion

Located in São Pedro de Penaferrim, Mem Martins, one of the Greater Lisbon area’s main logistics hubs, the park benefits from a strategic location at the intersection of the A16 and A37 motorways, providing efficient connections to Lisbon, the airport and the country’s main logistics corridors.
With approximately 22,000 sq m of gross lettable area, VGP Park Sintra is now fully pre-let, with delivery scheduled for December 2026. This achievement reflects the strong demand for modern, high-quality logistics facilities in the region and further reinforces the park’s position as a strategic location for logistics and business operations.
The park’s full pre-let status demonstrates not only the strong demand for modern and efficient logistics infrastructure in the region, but also the quality of the asset developed by VGP and the company’s ability to meet customers’ requirements through solutions tailored to market needs.
VGP Park Sintra is also a significant milestone for VGP’s operations in Portugal, as it is the first project in which the company has acted directly as the general contractor. The project has been developed in accordance with high standards of quality and sustainability and is targeting the BREEAM “Excellent” certification, and EU Taxonomy compliance.
