VGP fully leases VGP Park Alicante

Alicante/Barcelona, 15 June 2026 – VGP Group, a European provider of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, has fully leased out VGP Park Alicante, which features a modern, high-specification multi-tenant building, which aims to obtain the BREEAM Outstanding certification. InPost, Fragadis – Supermercados SPAR and ID Logistics have already established themselves in the building and will begin operations this month.

Located next to Mercalicante, home to more than 100 companies from the food sector, VGP Park Alicante has a total land area of 41,834 square metres, of which 23,639 square metres correspond to built-up space for logistics and industrial use.

Its strategic location, just 4 km from the city of Alicante and with direct access to the main transport routes —including the Alicante motorway (A-31, Madrid) and the A-70 ring road— makes it a highly valuable asset for all types of companies, commercial operators, e-commerce businesses and large-scale logistics providers.

VGP continuously seeks to optimize its assets by incorporating the latest innovations. Like all VGP logistics and industrial projects, VGP Park Alicante meets the company’s high-quality standards and stands out for its sustainability and energy efficiency.

Among other measures, the park uses 100% renewable energy and incorporates state-of-the-art energy technologies, such as hot water generation in the offices through energy reuse systems, reduced water consumption in all sanitary appliances, and LED lighting technology. In addition, it includes improvements to the building envelope’s thermal performance to optimise the energy efficiency of the offices.

Building A aims to obtain the BREEAM Outstanding certification and its construction standards and materials comply with EU Taxonomy requirements (a classification system that defines environmentally sustainable economic activity to achieve the objectives of the European Green Deal).

Full occupancy in the Valencian Community
In the Valencian Community, VGP also owns and manages VGP Park Valencia Cheste. With a total land area of 113,114 square metres and 64,074 square metres of lettable area, the park comprises three modern and high-specification buildings, and is also fully occupied thanks to its strategic location and dynamism.

The full occupancy of VGP Park Alicante and VGP Park Valencia Cheste —representing a combined total land area of 154,948 square metres— reflects the strong demand for modern, sustainable and strategically located logistics spaces in the Valencian Community, while consolidating VGP’s presence in one of Spain’s most promising logistics markets. In Spain, VGP currently has 100% of its completed assets fully leased.
