VGP Park Mulhouse will have total surface area of around 95,000 m² spread over several buildings for industrial and logistics use. Located in Sausheim, in the immediate vicinity of Mulhouse, the park benefits from an exceptional location and accessibility. It sits at the junction of the A36 and A35 motorways, providing direct access to the site. The future VGP park is located in a cross -border zone with close proximity to Germany (50 km from Freiburg), Switzerland (15 minutes from Basel), and the EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse–Freiburg. The Mulhouse conurbation has excellent public transport infrastructure and a rich, high-quality employment base. It has a population of about 275,000.
