VGP Park Fuenlabrada is situated approximately 20 km away from Puerta del Sol (Madrid’s city centre). The park is strategically placed at the intersection between the M-50, one of the main ring roads in the Madrid metropolitan area, and the R-5 motorway, which connects to the A-5 (from Madrid to Lisbon).Furthermore, the park is located in a highly dynamic area, both in terms of consumption and workforce availability, as there is a population of almost one million people in the immediate surroundings within five cities (Alcorcón, Fuenlabrada, Getafe, Leganés, and Móstoles). The park will offer more than 44,000 m² of industrial premises suitable for logistics and industrial activities. There is currently a shortage of modern industrial facilities and VGP will build a warehouse capable of accommodating last mile distribution through a platform which will feature docks on both façades, a large parking area, and great flexibility in office distribution.
