Our park’s location within that area is well connected to the main roads, provides easy access to/from Verona city centre, and is adjacent to the A4 motorway. Valerio Catullo Airport is only 6 km from the site. On an area of 197,400 m², VGP plans to develop more than 78,000 m² of semi-industrial premises suitable for logistics and other modern industrial uses, with a large green area and parking space, ability for roof-installed solar energy production, and great flexibility in office distribution.
