VGP Starts Construction of VGP Park Reggio Emilia Gavassa with Savino Del Bene as First Tenant

VGP has started construction of VGP Park Reggio Emilia Gavassa, its first business park in the province of Reggio Emilia. Savino Del Bene, an Italian multinational specialising in international freight forwarding and logistics, has fully leased one of the buildings at the new park. The project further strengthens VGP’s presence along Italy’s main logistics and industrial corridors.

VGP and Opel Celebrate the Topping-Out Ceremony for the Global Opel and Stellantis Germany Headquarters in Rüsselsheim

VGP, Opel, and Stellantis Germany are jointly celebrating the topping-out ceremony for the ‘grEEn-campus’ at VGP Park Rüsselsheim. VGP is constructing the new global Opel headquarters and the new headquarters of Stellantis Germany on the former Opel site along Mainzer Straße.

We invest and operate photovoltaic systems directly as an owner, and in cooperation with our tenants, at our VGP Parks.
