It offers excellent connectivity to Copenhagen. The park spans two locations in Greve Main, where Building A is designated for logistics purposes and Building B is tailored for industrial activities. In total, about 20,000 m² of built-up area will be developed on the two plots which are approximately 57,000 m² of land.

The park will contain around 112,000 m² of modern buildings suitable for industry and logistics with associated office facilities. Located in the south-eastern part of Odense, close to the E20 motorway (exit O3 Odense) and the Svendborg motorway, the park offers easy access to both the Funen and national transport network. The project is ideal for companies in need of a central location in the country and good infrastructure.

The site is located in the northern part of the Triangle Region, a commercially important region in the center of Denmark. On an area of more than 175,000 m² will be developed more than 80,000 m² of semi-industrial premises which are suitable for light industry and logistics services. The site is adjacent to the highway E45, exit 61b Vejle Syd.
