VGP develops new industrial park in Magdeburg-Sülzetal Opening planned for autumn 2020

Düsseldorf/Magdeburg-Sülzetal [21.07.2020] – The VGP Group, a leading European provider of high-quality logistics and commercial real estate, is developing a park in the municipality of Sülzetal near Magdeburg. The park is to be completed within the next five years. The handover of the first hall is scheduled to take place this year.

The newly developed park is located on a site of approximately 61 hectares and will offer almost 290,000.00 m2 of lettable space after completion. The transport infrastructure connections are excellent. The project is located only a few minutes’ drive from Magdeburg, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt, between the A2 motorway, which connects Western and Eastern Europe, and the A14 motorway, which will run continuously from Wismar to Dresden.
