VGP opens its new offices at Diagonal 477 in Barcelona, coinciding with the company’s 10th anniversary in Spain

Coinciding with VGP’s 10th anniversary in Spain, the company has moved its operations to the 4th floor of the iconic building, into a new 750-square-meter space, doubling the area previously occupied at Còrsega 301. VGP’s new offices in Spain offer a modern and versatile working environment, designed to foster collaboration and employee well-being.

VGP Park Kecskemét II welcomes its first tenant

VGP has completed the first building of VGP Park Kecskemét II, welcoming its first tenant, the Chinese-owned Fuyao company, which is establishing a new manufacturing unit in Hungary. The 25,000 m² facility will operate an automotive glass assembly, meeting the highest standards of modern technology and energy efficiency. With the opening of its second park in Kecskemét, VGP further strengthens its presence in the county centre. VGP Park Kecskemét I opened in 2021 and has been operating at full capacity, hosting 11 partners in a total lettable area of 210,000 m².
