Tabletop miniature wargames company Games Workshop, the maker of Warhammer, has agreed a pre-let of 250,000 sq ft (23,200 sq m) at Unit 3 of the 835,000 sq ft (77,600 sq m) VGP Park East Midlands, which is located in Leicestershire between Castle Donington and Long Eaton.

Dugopolje, 17 March 2026 – Studenac, the retail chain with the largest number of stores in Croatia, has officially opened its new logistics and distribution centre in Dugopolje. Located within the VGP Park Split complex, the 23,000-square-metre facility represents an important addition to the company’s distribution network. Studenac has invested more than €4.5 million in the equipment and systems of the new centre, which will employ 260 people responsible for ensuring the efficient supply of the company’s store network across Dalmatia.

The VGP Park Pamplona Noáin building, part of the VGP Group – a European provider of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial properties – has obtained verification of its alignment with the EU Taxonomy, becoming the first building in Spain to receive this acrreditation. Furthermore, VGP Park Pamplona Noáin also holds the BREEAM Outstanding certification, the highest environmental and quality certification, making it the first VGP building in Spain to achieve this accreditation, thanks to a process led by Savills Arquitectura.
