VGP Park Valsamoggia is located approximately 10 km from Bologna Municipality, placed within an industrial area alongside E35 highway, which is the main route connecting Milan to Bologna and Rome.
Valsamoggia development is a build to suit project for Macron company, the well-known Italian sportswear firm, main sponsor of several major sport clubs. The park is strategically located in the middle of a highly populated and dynamic area with a dense industrial fabric. The project consists of a stand-alone office building with high end finishing of approx. 6.700 m2 and a high quality production warehouse of approx. 16.000 m2.
