Greenfields or brownfields

 

Besides strategically located greenfield sites, an increasing part of our landbank is represented by brownfield sites, to repurpose industrial wasteland, often old factories, formerly used for heavy industries or production processes. With brownfield developments, we contribute to the positive development of local regions, as well as respond to the shortage and environmental considerations of greenfields.

Brownfields are often located on prime locations, near mayor cities, which makes them suitable for last mile delivery.

Accessibility

Proximity to highways, ports, airports, rail stations and urban centres of at least 100,000 inhabitants

Zoning

A zoning permit for industrial, commercial or logistics preferred; we are experienced in strategic rezoning for industrial and commercial land.
