VGP has secured Nagel-Group Logistics SE as another tenant for VGP Park Rostock. The company has signed a long-term lease for approximately 10,600 m² of space in Hall C for warehousing and logistics activities in the food sector.

VGP Starts Construction of VGP Park Reggio Emilia Gavassa with Savino Del Bene as First Tenant

VGP has started construction of VGP Park Reggio Emilia Gavassa, its first business park in the province of Reggio Emilia. Savino Del Bene, an Italian multinational specialising in logistics, has fully leased one of the buildings at the new park. The project further strengthens VGP’s presence along Italy’s main logistics and industrial corridors.

VGP, Opel, and Stellantis Germany are jointly celebrating the topping-out ceremony for the ‘grEEn-campus’ at VGP Park Rüsselsheim. VGP is constructing the new global Opel headquarters and the new headquarters of Stellantis Germany on the former Opel site along Mainzer Straße.
