Education & Experience

Site Foreman or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in site management, particularly in logistics, industrial park construction, or similar large-scale commercial projects.
Experience managing both contractors and direct labour.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with logistics and industrial park development projects.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to site management.

Safety & Compliance:

Oversee and enforce safety protocols in compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Regularly inspect the site for safety hazards and ensure the proper training of staff and contractors on safety procedures.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of work at all stages of the project. Ensure that materials, workmanship, and installations meet the required specifications and industry standards.

Project Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact between contractors and suppliers. Ensure that all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, daily logs, and issue tracking. Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress and any issues on site.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:

Proactively identify potential issues and delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track. Address and resolve conflicts or disputes on-site in a timely manner.
