At VGP, our ERP landscape is a critical backbone of how we operate across Europe. As a Hands-On ERP Functional Analyst, you’ll work close to the business, translating real operational needs into smart, scalable ERP solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a first solid ERP experience who enjoys analysing, configuring, improving, and delivering — not just documenting requirements. You’ll play a key role in the evolution of our ERP environment, with plenty of room to grow in responsibility and expertise.

You already bring a strong functional foundation and want to deepen it:

• Experience as an ERP Functional Analyst / Consultant and/or Key User
• Solid understanding of ERP business processes (finance is a strong plus)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred
• Comfortable working with:
• Functional configurations
• Data structures and master data
• Reporting and analytics concepts
• Experience with Power BI, Fabric, or data modelling is a plus
• Able to work in a multi-country, multi-stakeholder environment

You combine functional insight with a hands-on mindset:

• Act as a functional bridge between business teams and IT
• Analyse business processes (finance, operations, projects,…) and translate them into ERP solutions
• Configure, support, and optimize the ERP system
• Handle functional incidents, change requests, and enhancements
• Participate in ERP rollouts, upgrades, and compliance adoption
• Support data flows, integrations, and master data consistency
• Work with reporting and analytics:
  • Validate data models
  • Support dashboards and insights
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation, standardization and improvement

• Around 5 years of experience in a similar ERP-focused role
• Hands-on, analytical and business-oriented
• Enjoys working close to end users and understanding how the business really works
• Structured thinker who can translate complexity into clear solutions
• Communicates confidently with both business and technical teams
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Curious mindset with the ambition to grow into broader ERP or solution ownership
