VGP Park Alsónémedi is located at the M0 south region close to the M5 motorway. This motorway connects Budapest with the south-eastern regions of the country, the cities of Kecskemét, Szeged, and finally Röszke on the Serbian border.

The park is located on the border of Üllő and Vecsés, right next to the M0 ring road and the junction of the M4 motorway, an ideal location for logistics service providers and commercial and manufacturing companies involved in warehousing. It belongs to the Eastern Industrial Region of Budapest, which is the central region of the country. The park is located in the southern industrial area of Kecskemét, ca 5 km from the M5 highway connecting Budapest and countries in south-eastern Europe. The region’s biggest employer is Daimler Mercedes, but several other automotive suppliers are present in the city. The site is located in the vicinity of the Mercedes factory.
