VGP Park Berlin-Bernau is located in the north-east part of Berlin with direct access to the A11, exit 15 for “Bernau-Nord” and only 8 km from the A10 (Berliner Ring). Berlin’s city center can be reached within 35 minutes and is easily accessible by car and by train. On an area of more than 140.000 m2, VGP will develop and build a business park with around 70.000 m2 of high-quality space for industrial, logistics and commercial purposes.

On an area larger than 340,000 m² will be developer more than 160,000 m² of class-A semi-industrial premises suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities. The site is adjacent to the B101 motorway connecting Ludwigsfelde and Berlin, with direct exit and entrance in both directions.

The site is adjacent to the A61 motorway, which connects to the A6 Frankenthal-North junction point. The town of Ruchheim is located only 5 minutes away from the site. On an area of 394,000 m², VGP developed more than 194,000 m² of class-A premises for Amazon. Frankenthal is known as a traditional industrial city, has excellent infrastructure, and is located on or near major motorways.

VGP Park Hagen is located in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia – on the edge of the Ruhr area – and offers ideal conditions for industrial and manufacturing companies. Direct access to the A1 motorway and close proximity to the A45 and A46 motorways, major railway junction, and several inland ports and airports make VGP Park Hagen a highly efficient location. It enables fast connections in all directions – especially to the Ruhr area, the Rhineland, and southern Germany.

VGP Park Hamburg is located at a strategically positioned transport junction on the A1 highway from Hamburg to Bremen. The park will feature more than 250,000 m² of semi-industrial premises suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities. The location offers opportunities for cost savings in comparison to other areas in the port of Hamburg or in the centre of the city.

The city centre of Koblenz can be reached in less than 20 minutes. On a land parcel of ca 64,000 m², approx. imately 35,000 m² of high-quality building space will be developed according to the needs of the tenants and at a high standard of sustainability.

You can reach the two cities of Halle and Leipzig in less than 30 minutes via the A14 motorway or B6 federal highway. On a site of approximately 456,000 m², about 230,000 m² of class-A semi-industrial space will be developed, perfect for logistics, industry or trade. With its nearly 600,000 inhabitants, the city is among Europe’s most progressively developing and popular cities. Together with the city of Halle, which is just 40 km from Leipzig, this metropolitan area is home to about 1,000,000 inhabitants.

VGP is developing a new site on the southeastern outskirts of Nürnberg. With more than 520,000 inhabitants, this is one of Bavaria’s major cities. On an area of greater than 191,000 m², VGP plans to develop more than 89,800 m² of space for logistics, industrial, and commercial activities. The park is located in the immediate vicinity of the A6 motorway, at the Nürnberg-Langwasser exit. Nürnberg´s city centre is approximately 12 km from the site.

This city of more than 208,000 inhabitants is the economic centre of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Rostock lies on the Baltic Sea coast and its port is the fourth largest in Germany. On an area of 202,000 m² VGP plans to develop more than 100,000 m² of premises suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities. The park is situated adjacent to the E55/B19 between exits 6 (Rostock-Ost) and 7 (Rostock-Süd). Rostock’s city centre is only ca 5 km distant from the site.

VGP Park Rüsselsheim is a prime industrial and production location. The park blends into the rich history of car manufacturing and offers newly built and modern standardised industrial warehouses, as well as “build to suit” possibilities. All are constructed to the highest sustainability standards. Administrative spaces always are custom-tailored and air-conditioned. VGP Park Rüsselsheim is located in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt International Airport (FRA), accessible from there within 15 minutes by car.

With the Wetzlar park, VGP strengthens its strategic position in central Germany. With the regional centres Wetzlar and Gießen, the Middle Hesse metropolitan region has roughly 320,000 inhabitants. Wetzlar is an important industrial and commercial centre as well as a university town. There are close links with the Rhine-Main metropolitan region.
