VGP has developed its park on the outskirts of Rostock. This city of more than 208,000 inhabitants is the economic centre of Mecklenburg -Western Pomerania. Rostock lies on the Baltic Sea coast and its port is the fourth largest in Germany. On an area of 202,000 m² VGP plans to develop more than 100,000 m² of premises suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities. The park is situated adjacent to the E55/B19 between exits 6 (Rostock-Ost) and 7 (Rostock-Süd). Rostock’s city centre is only ca 5 km distant from the site.
