• Preparation of detailed offer concepts incl. rent calculation
• Visits with prospective tenants and recording of customer requirements
• Negotiation of rental contracts and supplements
• Coordination of all commercial and technical matters with potential customers or tenants
• Preparation of sales documents

• Completed studies with a business orientation or completed commercial training with a focus on trade or real estate management or a comparable qualification, engineering studies with additional commercial qualification
• Several years of professional experience in leasing, ideally in the field of commercial real estate
• Outstanding negotiation skills and very good communication skills
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• A conceptual, analytical and structured way of working, with solution-oriented action
• Ability to work in a team, creativity and flexibility
• Fluent in written and spoken Romanian and English, German language is a plus
• Friendliness in contact with customers
• Willingness to travel
