We will continue to invest in Italy with this long-term vision.” - said Jan Van Geet, CEO of VGP.

“The inauguration of this new space on our territory is good news: it means growth, work and trust. Four companies, a new production ecosystem

Among the tenants that will occupy the park:

  • Gruppo SIPLA–PROSGM, active in the processing and distribution of plastic materials, has chosen Valsamoggia to concentrate 8,000 m2 of production area and over 3,000 m2 of offices, unifying its operational and management activities in a single modern and efficient hub.

  • Dino Corsini srl, a historic confectionery company in Crespellano (BO), has leased a warehouse of approximately 3,500 m2 for the storage of finished products, located near the production site. The operation has made it possible to internalize previously outsourced logistics activities, improving efficiency and control.

An integrated project between sustainability and territory

VGP Park Valsamoggia 2 stands out for its innovative approach that combines sustainability, architectural quality and full integration into the natural and urban context. With a view to respecting and enhancing the territory, for the first time in Italy, VGP adopts a new stylistic and chromatic line: buildings with neutral tones and contemporary finishes, designed to blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, reducing the visual impact and promoting a virtuous dialogue between buildings and nature.

The park is designed to obtain BREEAM Excellent certification, one of the most recognized international standards in terms of building sustainability. Among the features:

  • 1.6 MWp photovoltaic system to support energy self-sufficiency;
  • Green area of approximately 42,000 square meters;
  • 650-meter cycle path, which connects the park to Via Lunga and the surrounding green areas, encouraging gentle mobility and the well-being of workers.
