Barcelona/Seville, June 18, 2025 - The pan-European company VGP, owner, manager, and developer of high-quality logistics and semi- industrial real estate has welcomed Pro a Pro —Spain’s rapidly growing leader in foodservice distribution for organized hospitality— to VGP Park Sevilla Dos Hermanas. With Pro a Pro moving into Building A, the park further consolidates its position as a leading logistics hub in southern Spain.
Pro a Pro’s new facility at VGP Park Sevilla Dos Hermanas spans 12,000 square meters and brings the company closer to its goal of becoming the leading operator in Spain with full service and distribution capacity across the entire country.
Strategic location for high-impact and sustainable logistics
VGP Park Sevilla Dos Hermanas is located in a strategic enclave, very close to the intersection of the A-4 motorway (Madrid-Seville) and the SE-40 ring road, just 13 km from the center of Seville and 23 km from Seville Airport, in the Polígono la Isla. Dos Hermanas is emerging as a key logistics hub in southern Spain, thanks to a growing number of last-mile and regional distribution centers, especially for e-commerce, retail, and food logistics, and its strategic position connecting Andalusia with Madrid, Portugal, and the Mediterranean Corridor.
The arrival of Pro a Pro places VGP Park Sevilla Dos Hermanas close to full occupancy, with only 13,600 square meters available in Building A, which has generated significant market interest.
Pro a Pro's new multi-temperature facility at VGP Park Sevilla Dos Hermanas features frozen, dry, and refrigerated storage rooms, and 18 loading and unloading docks, which will streamline the logistics of distribution operations and ensure fast and efficient service. It also has space for antechambers and offices, and is equipped with a professional kitchen for customer tastings and internal training.
VGP has customized the facility to the tenant's specific needs, utilizing its in-house technical expertise.
As with all VGP logistics and industrial projects, VGP Park Sevilla Dos Hermanas meets high-quality standards, through sustainable construction practices and energy efficiency. Among other measures, the park features advanced energy-efficient systems, solar installations totaling 600 kWp, biodiversity initiatives (including bee hotels), and state-of-the-art thermal modeling. Building A has been developed to align with the EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities and is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.
In addition to Pro a Pro, VGP Park Sevilla Dos Hermanas also houses the companies H2B2, ATDL, Lamaignere, Vapores Suardiaz, and Garden Store.
In addition to VGP Park Sevilla Dos Hermanas, VGP currently owns and manages VGP Park Córdoba in Andalusia, with 35,985 square meters of land and 22,637 square meters of leasable area, and VGP Park Sevilla Ciudad de la Imagen, with 54,712 square meters, with a planned development of 29,000 square meters of leasable area.
