The park will be developed in the eastern part of Padua, very close to the city centre, in the industrial area of Padova Interporto. VGP Park Padova will be well connected to the main communication routes, with easy access to and from the national motorways. It will be only 3 km from the junction of the A13 motorway that connects Padua to Bologna and the Adriatic Highway. The park will be near Exit 13 of Padua’s eastern ring road and strategically positioned in the centre of a dynamic area with plentiful labour force. Modern industrial facilities are today in short supply, and VGP plans to develop about 31,530 m² of warehouse divided across two buildings capable of accommodating logistic and modern industrial activities on a platform featuring docks on both façades, a large parking area, possibility for roof-installed solar energy production, and great flexibility in office distribution.
