Junior Commercial & Land Acquisition Search (m/f/d), Spain

We are seeking a professional with experience in the real estate sector, with strong analytical skills, customer orientation, and communication abilities, to support commercial and business development activities in a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Monitoring Commercial Opportunities

  • Weekly tracking and report preparation
  • Development of commercial proposals

Commercial Network Management

  • Coordination and follow-up with agents and collaborators
  • Regular meetings, site visits with potential clients, and market information gathering

Proactive Commercialization

  • Active identification of potential clients (media, emailing, social networks)
  • Presentations, meetings, site visits, offer preparation, and follow-up

Contractual Coordination

  • Management of addenda, guarantees, delivery of bank guarantees, and contract terms

After-Sales Service and Customer Support

  • Monitoring of contract terms, expirations, updates, and renewals
  • Incident management and identification of new commercial needs

Commercial Reporting

  • Maintenance and update of the database
  • Periodic and detailed reporting of activities carried out

Market Intelligence

  • Gathering of relevant information on the market, competitors, and clients
  • Reporting based on internal and external sources

Identification of Industrial Land Opportunities

  • Opening and maintaining land opportunity sourcing channels
  • Conducting site visits and actively generating opportunities
  • Researching land availability in target cities

Land Opportunity Analysis and Tracking

  • CRM registration, site feasibility and basic financial analysis
  • Preparation of internal assessment presentations

Land Purchase-Sale Processes

  • Direct communication with property owners
  • Coordination of structured sales processes (bids, auctions)
  • Coordination with engineers, architects, and lawyers throughout all process stages

Your Profile

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the real estate sector (not mandatory)
  • Advanced level of English (essential)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills
  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and structured profile
  • Proficiency in office software and CRM tools
