Employee Well-Being

We promote a great work environment, a pleasant culture, and flexible working conditions. Events are organized to bring all our employees together, such as a Family Day. To encourage healthy practices, gym and sport memberships are sponsored. Addtionally, ergonomic office furniture is offered to our employees to stimulate a healthy work environment. Furthermore, the Group has committed that 100% of the VGP’s countries implement a Work Greener program, where green offices and work guidelines offer employees the work environment and tools to reduce the environmental impact of their work.

Volunteer Activities

The VGP volunteering program offers all employees the opportunity to dedicate a least one workday to support social initiatives developed by the Group including support for local people or supporting local non-profits with VGP Community Days, often organized with our VGP Foundation.

 

 

VGP Academy

Groupwide and regional trainings are organized covering a diverse range of practical topics to further enhance our employees’ knowledge and interest, provide them deeper insight into our strategy and processes and to empower and encourage our employees to deliver sustainable actions. Our Academy offers voluntary and mandatory traditional learning through training, discussions, lectures and assignments with a varied course schedule, ranging from ESG, Health and Safety, legal and compliance, to technical issues.
