ERP Functional/Technical Support Administrator
As a ERP Functional/Technical Support Administrator (m/f/x) you will be responsible for Level 1 and 2 Questions, Bugs, and Core Configuration for all user CASE’s that are logged as well as 2nd line support for implementation of Oracle Netsuite
Job description:

  • Providing Level 1 and 2 user support of ERP System

  • Analysis, troubleshoot and resolve in a timely basis Level 1 and 2 user cases

  • Monitoring Level 1, 2 and 3 case KPI’s

  • Work closely with Level 3 support to provide user details and case scenarios

  • Conducting user training sessions on new applications and/or processes within the system

  • Monitoring the performance of applications and systems to ensure optimal performance levels

  • Recommending changes in processes to improve efficiency based on analysis of data from system usage

  • Maintaining user security roles and permissions

  • Maintain system core native and custom configurations

  • Daily-to-day follow up of User CASE bugs, questions and/or configuration requests

  • Liaise with level 3 technical team the users details to successfully resolve issues

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Level 1, 2  ERP production support or same in implementation experience., preferably in an international environment

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience preferably in a Purchase to Pay domain

  • Team player with strong communication skills and can-do attitude

  • Ability to build trustful and strong relationship with the system users

  • Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active result driven attitude

  • Diplomatic approach

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written – other European languages are a plus

  • Master or Bachelor degree or equal through experience
