The pan-European group VGP, developer and investor of logistics and industrial parks, reinforces its team in France to accelerate its development

After the announcement of a first large-scale signature on a 32-hectare industrial brownfield project in Petit-Couronne (Rouen), the VGP group is accelerating its development in France. The arrival of three new employees and the opening of an office in Paris after the one in Lyon bear witness to the ambitions of the group in France, which is deploying its model over the long term, in close collaboration with the territories. 

The VGP group, established in France since 2021, offers a model based on strong convictions and values: (i) long-term support for the territories, since the VGP group develops and manages its assets directly over the long term (ii) a local presence that favours proximity to clients (iii) an ambitious environmental policy with the deployment of innovative solutions, adapted to the needs of each client. 

This differentiating model has enabled the company to sign its first large-scale project in Rouen and the group is now accelerating its development with the arrival of three new employees. These complementary profiles with technical expertise reinforce the French team under the direction of Aurélien Coudert, Country Manager of VGP France.

  • Maxime Nemethy Director of Development and Investment, Maxime has extensive experience in asset management, planning and project development within the Alsei Group and most recently at Concerto Kaufman & Broad. His expertise will be put to good use in the development of territories and in strengthening the link with clients.
  • Vincent Picard Project Director, Vincent has more than 15 years of expertise in the management of industrial and logistics projects at GSE and JMG Partners. He will bring his experience to VGP’s real estate projects in France, from their study to their exploitation.
  • Tiphène Vildrac Office manager, Tiphène will be responsible for the administrative management and will assist the teams in the constitution of the files. She has over 20 years of experience as an office manager, most recently with ATS.

After Lyon, the opening of an office in Paris for greater proximity to clients and partners

The opening of the Paris office in addition to the Lyon office will allow the VGP group to continue its territorial anchoring and to respond effectively to the needs of users.
