VGP Sustainable Finance Framework
VGP NV has issued its inaugural Green Finance Framework in 2021. In March 2025, the Group updated its Sustainable Finance Framework to align with EU Taxonomy allocation criteria, reinforcing our commitment to environmental excellence and transparency. This proactive approach is further validated by S&P’s Second Party Opinion, which confirmed that our framework meets the high standards of the Green Bond Principles, and with ICMA, 2021 with June 2022 Appendix 1.
