VGP Park Paderno Dugnano is located about 9 km from the centre of Milan. The park is situated just 2 km from an exit of the A4 motorway, a communication artery connecting Turin, Milan and Venice and which is the main road axis in northern Italy. VGP Park Paderno Dugnano is also near secondary arteries connecting with the City of Milan through its ring road (tangent) system and the main urban and industrial areas of northern Lombardy. Its position is strategic, situated within the centre of a dynamic, heavily populated area with diverse and dense industry and advantageous proximity to the centre of Milan. VGP Park Paderno Dugnano will construct buildings suitable for logistics and industry, meeting high quality standards, and with lettable area of about 44,000 m2.
