VGP is developing third park within the area of Gießen, in the industrial and business site called “Am Alten Flughafen”. On the area of 320,000 m2 will be developed 150,000 m2 of lettable area suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial purposes. A municipality in the district of Gießen (Hesse). The site is adjacent to B3 and A485, on the right site in direction to Marburg/Kassel. Gießen is university city with two universities, Justus Liebig University Giesßen and Technical University of Central Hesse, which offer a highly qualified workforce. The city of Gießen is a transport hub connecting A5 and A7 the federal motorways (Hamburg/Basel) with the A45 (Sauerlandlinie: Ruhr/Nordbayern), and thus it provides optimal public transport options. The site can be easily reached by public transport.

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
