We delivered REWE’s fully customized, move-in-ready facility just in time, demonstrating VGP’s capacity to deliver on demanding projects with speed, resilience, and attention to operational detail. Through the provision outside rest areas and a furnished terrace, we ensured employee well-being. It testifies our approach of accounting not just for the environment, but for people.

Regarding sustainability, we are proud to have merited a DGNB Gold certification through a variety of measures. Among them are its rooftop photovoltaic system, rainwater infiltration on the plot and DGNB-compliant materials ensuring good indoor air quality. As well, biodiversity implementations and support throughout the process of greening the area were provided.

The park demonstrates a commitment to biodiversity conservation, aligning with EU Taxonomy objectives. Integrated ecological measures include 28 hectares of destinated habitat for European field hamster protection, wildlife corridors built with native trees and shrubs, permeable surfaces in the park to enhance rainwater infiltration and pollinator and habitat support for birds and insects.
