Property Manager Junior (Presential), Lisbon

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in property management, facility management, or administrative roles.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Autocad, BIM and Netsuite or similar ERPs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with logistics and industrial park development projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to property management.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for on-site project management. Its tasks include:

Monitoring, Operational Support & Compliance:

  • Maintain property-related records, permits, contracts, and documentation.
  • Tenant & Stakeholder Assistance.
  • Act as a support contact for tenant queries, service requests, and incident reporting.
  • Assist in coordinating move-ins, handovers, and move-outs.

Quality Control:

  • Help monitor CapEx/OpEx projects and follow up on progress with suppliers.
  • Support monitoring of utilities through platforms (e.g., Deepki, Wisemetering).
  • Insurance & Incidents
  • Assist in reporting incidents and supporting the follow-up with insurance companies.

Reporting, Problem Solving & Documentation:

  • Assist with day-to-day property operations and maintenance coordination.
  • Open, track, and close tickets/Purchase Orders, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes with vendors.
  • Conduct basic property inspections and report findings to the team.
  • Help track outstanding payments and support basic debt follow-up.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for accounting and internal reports.
  • Gather documents and photos needed for claims.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of construction processes and follows established procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure, capacity to manage and comply tight deadlines.
  • Good communication with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Ability in using software tools, particularly AutoCAD and Design software’s.
  • Communicative and Energetic.
  • Resilient and Motivated.
  • Good team player.

The Property Manager Junior supports the Property Management team in the daily operation, administration, and maintenance oversight of a portfolio of properties. This role assists with tenant requests, documentation, financial tasks, and coordination with service providers, ensuring that properties operate smoothly and in compliance with internal standards.
