VGP opens offices in Zaragoza (Spain) and settles in the Náyade building in PlaZa

Zaragoza, November 20, 2019 – The VGP Group, a leading pan-European developer, manager and owner of high quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, with a current presence in 12 European countries, has decided to open offices in Zaragoza and move into the Náyade Building with the intermediation of CBRE.

VGP is developing a logistical-industrial park in the PlaZa Industrial Estate on a land  plot of around 120.000m² and is currently launching the works of a first turnkey building for the Aragonese company COTRALI. VGP will shortly apply for a building permit for a second multi-tenant building. “These offices will allow us to better meet the demand for logistics and industrial spaces in the park in the coming years and provide a space for work, meetings and representation of the group in Zaragoza for Ruben Cuartero, recently signed up to the group in Spain, he will be in charge of directing and coordinating the different projects of the group in Aragon.”

Adrián Laporta, from CBRE Zaragoza: “Companies from different sectors are arriving in Nayade to set up their offices here. In this case, the location in PLAZA was necessary and the client opted for this building, given its services and ideal characteristics for a company such as VGP.”

Laporta emphasizes: “Nayade is gaining occupancy with new tenants who give life to the imposing building. Little by little, it is consolidating itself as the reference option for Plaza, as well as being an option for large companies looking to set up in the new business areas, where the current occupancy is above 85%.”
