VGP group designs, constructs and leases out logistics complexes and semi-industrial parks in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. It has built and successfully leases out a number of its own production and logistics complexes in the Czech Republic, including the Blue Park and Green Park in Prague-Letňany, Green Tower administrative complex in Prague-Stodůlky and other complexes over the Czech Republic.

Since May 2006 VGP has been involved in building one of the largest logistics parks in the Czech Republic, the VGP Park Horní Počernice. The total volume of investment in building the park on land that covers around 100 hectares is in excess of three thousand million Czech crowns. The first storage areas were handed over to their new tenants to be put into operation in September 2006. VGP Park Horní Počernice offers tenants halls that cover between 1000 and 50 000 m2 for use in light production, warehousing and logistics services or as office and commercial space. Close proximity to the high-speed R10 road at Mladá Boleslav and Turnov is also attractive to tenants, with its connection to the Prague motorway ring-road and to the other main motorway routes in the Czech Republic.

VGP is one of the leaders on the dynamically-expanding market in logistic and semi-industrial parks in the Central and Eastern Europe region within the next five years. A strong regional position gained through its operations on the markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Latvia will help the company reinforce projects prepared for Romania, Germany and the Baltic States.

The high qualitative standard of VGP buildings allows their universal use for both logistics services and light production. During construction the company adapts its space according to the requirements of the future tenant – the size of office and production space or the ratio. In addition to this the company also accommodates the tenant’s requirements as regards technical facilities, which are often complicated and demanding (not just financially). The company uses its own experienced technical team to implement these requirements, a team that has behind it a number of successful projects.
