About project

Within the business park in Borchwerf, VGP is developing its VGP Park that will offer 50,000 m2 of class A premises suitable for logistics, production and commercial activities.
The park is very close to the important A17 and A58/N268 motorways connecting the north with the south of the country and with Belgium. Moreover, the railway connection to the Netherlands and Belgium makes this area a very important business hub.

The park in Borchwerf is connected to the Rotterdam – Antwerp/Vlissingen railway and has its own port facilities at Roosendaalse Vliet. A train station and bus stop are very close to the park. The city of Roosendaal has more than 77,000 inhabitants and offers a highly qualified workforce.
