About project

VGP Park Fuenlabrada is situated approximately 20 km away from Puerta del Sol (Madrid’s city centre). The park is strategically placed at the intersection between the M-50, one of the main ring roads in the Madrid metropolitan area, and the R-5 motorway, which connects to the A-5 (from Madrid to Lisbon).

Furthermore, the park is located in a highly dynamic area, both in terms of consumption and workforce availability, as there is a population of almost one million people in the immediate surroundings within five cities (Alcorcón, Fuenlabrada, Getafe, Leganés, and Móstoles). The park will offer more than 44,000 m2 of industrial premises suitable for logistics and industrial activities. There is currently a shortage of modern industrial facilities and VGP will build a warehouse capable of accommodating last mile distribution through a platform which will feature docks on both façades, a large parking area, and great flexibility in office distribution.
