About project

The park is situated in the area of Triblavina in the town of Bernolákovo, just a few minutes away from Bratislava, and offers premises suitable for logistics, industrial and business activities. Cca 250,000 m2 of semi-industrial premises will be developed on an area of 500,000 m2. The site is adjacent to the D1 motorway in the direction of Trnava, with an excellent connection to the city of Bratislava.

The site is part of the Park City Triblavina project.

Key facts

The park offers units from as small as 2,000 m2 up to tailor-made solutions for large logistics operations. Our premises are suitable for logistics services, light production and commercial activities.

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
